Time for some etching. I had an old chieftec dragon lying aronud an thought that it looked kinda boring. This ofcourse was more than i could tolerate so i decided to spice it up abit with som etchengs First i made a sketch Some dremelwork done The basic etch done but still a lot of work left And then on to the other side irst the basic sketch then some dremel I felt that this case was missing a few skulls so i just had to theow some in there The space is running out My aim was to tie all the etchings together to make one bigass etch that covers the entire case. I also did a quickmod of the front but as that was done in about an hour i forgot to take pictures of it but its really not an advanced mod i any way i just cut some stuff out and replaced it with some oter stuff Then it was time for some black paint to really tie everything together that is all that ive got done so far, I really dont know right now what more lies in store for this case but ill be sure to keep you updated. The paintjob on the front will be updated because it really sucks at the moment. So until next time remeber A happy dremel is a Dremel hard at work Oh and btw ive finiched another project that i did for the Swedish hardwaresite Sweclockers you can find the project here http://www.sweclockers.com/html/artikel/art_050406_wavemaster_modd.php?page=1 The text is in swedish im afraid but the pictures are in English so...
I think "Etchmaister" would be a more suitable nick! What dremelbits du you use? Altså, hvilke dremelbor bruker du?
whole e crap nice etching, im scared to just etch some simple stuff into polycarb let alone craziness like that
Very nice wolverine, another great project! I loved hellraiser, and this one looks like it may be just as good! What else do you have planned for this?! Too many ideas, from an awesome swedish modder!
was that by chance done with a flex shaft? I cna't imagine getting that kind of control with the main body. outstanding work!
Can u plz tell me where u got those images to do the etches, im having a hard time finding some. p.d: Excellent Work!!
Super ETCHING!!!! You truely have talent... that box is amazing!!! Can't wait to see what you do with the rest of it.....
He sketched those up if you read the first post. He did something simular on his hellraiser project on lucite panels. He is an artist and a half! Find the link here... http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=66490&highlight=hellraiser
Igot the images from http://www.ivarsoy.as the site seems to be down right now but i hope it will come back up soon Im sad to say that i havent got a flexshaft. After a few hours of etching the vibrations makes the arm go spagetti As for more ideas ive got a few up my sleeve updates will come
Everybody obviously admires your Dremel skills, I just wish I had your patience lol. It must have taken forever to get all that stuff done right.
whoooooooooooo I prefer this one to your plexy one you did before, even tho that was well sweet. this one looks uber good lol
