As you've probably guessed, this where 'Alternative' News and Links are to be posted. By alternative, I mean stuff that doesn’t get covered by Bit-Tech as rule. It could be interesting new technology, weird goings on, funny stuff - you know what I mean, and if you don't, read a copy of 'The GOO' and you'll soon catch on.

But, as always, there are some ground rules:
    • Normal blanket Bit-Tech posting rules apply. See the announcement at the top of this forum for the regs.
    • Thread starters should use a meaningful title, so we have an idea as to what the story is all about - Not just "W00t, this iz c00l".
    • Threads should have a 'snippet' of the news to give the reader a quick heads up as to what the article or news item is like.
    • Threads obviously need a link to the said news or article.
    • Post pictures if the article has one you can link to.
    • Only one news item / article per thread. This will make it easier to discuss.
    • Replies to threads should have something to say about the article or news item, and add to the discussion - NO SPAM
    • Please read the news before posting anything new. Hopefully this will minimise duplicated threads. Duplicated threads will be locked or merged with the original depending on if there are any posts under the duplicate thread.
    • No Pimping!
    • Please see this post

Of course, this guideline will be updated as and when required.

    Happy posting newshounds!

    GOO.
