http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/artic...fabric-nightclub-causes-licence-to-be-revoked Thoughts? ******** on all levels if you ask me.
I await its 'unexplained gas leak and subsequent fire'... or does that only happen to buildings the council want gone in Newcastle?
Au contraire: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-37031642 Really though, curious if anyone here thinks closing Fabric is a good thing and will actually reduce harm from drug use?
http://www.independent.co.uk/arts-e...the-real-reason-fabric-was-shut-a7229541.html I'm so angry and upset it's closed. I loved that place.
I am also upset about this. I feel sorry for the families of the two that lost their lives, but people that use banned substances in public places have spoilt it for everybody else. Selfish.
I can't see you finding that person, closing a club because of drugs abuse is like closing a pub because of alcohol abuse, it's nothing more than a game of whack-a-mole. Without going off on one it's not about the drugs it's about the why people want to take drugs, and I'm including alcohol as that's probably responsible for more deaths in a single month than all other drugs combined for an entire year, if not longer.
