I have a Q9550, Antec P182 and a Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme. I previously had a Noctua NF-P12 on the TRUE, and yesterday I swapped the Noctua and the top Antec Tri-cool around.

With the Noctua, my Prime95 temps while OC'd to 3.4GHz 1.28V were around 60-65C.

With the Tri-cool, the temperature was only max 55C!

Conclusion: The fan really matters much.
