    Cant be that many intrested in taking it on, Toshiba has its own SSD department it will be looking to use OCZ with id imagine.

    If it gets split up then goodbye all warrantys.

    They are bankrupt you dont buy a bankrupt company for 360million. There IP is not even worth the 35 mil offered if whats been said is accurate.
