Without meaning to come across as a douche, has anything anyone has actually suggested in this thread been reviewed?

Having just moved house and having had to lug my desktop PC around a bit, I'd like to see a feature on PC cases that are relatively light but still good. For example, it could be a Labs Test feature that starts from 5kgs and slowly move up to say, about 12kgs?
This idea came when I saw a good deal for the Bitfenix Colossus and was interested right until I saw how much that sucka weighed. I would hate to move that thing around at all. |

Not sure if its been asked / posted but I'd be interested in a review on the new AMD a10, a8, etc. Friend told me to look into them for a budget home pc and I'm intrigued.

I would be interested in seeing a review of the new corsair PSUs. Both the one with the digital (DSP) control and those without.
I think as the DSP thing is new to PSUs it would be interesting to see its effect. |

LG 29EA93 Ultrawide Monitor
it's an ultra wide monitor 21:9 rather than 16:9 or 16:10. It's 29inches across the diagonal. 2560 x 1080 ips screen. http://www.lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-29EA93 could only find one selling it for £440 It looks like it could be a good alternative to eyefinity 3 screen setups. dell also do an ulta wide monitor http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/pr...x/dell-u2913wm Dell UltraSharp U2913WM £650 29" 2560 x 1080 21:9 ascpect ratio Last edited by mediapcAddict; 7th Jan 2013 at 07:20. I may be looking for a new web browser, im slowly getting fed up with Opera now, so how about a in depth browser review with what addon features they have.

a round up of addons would be useful but I'm not sure if it would be seen as a good fit for the magazine. I can't see Future/Dennis publishing recommending ad block for instance |

A round-up of GPU drivers would be good.
Take both the GTX680 & HD7970 and run them through the normal tests with say 6 drivers from both parties (most up to date back through to release). No need to bother looking at other cards as the performance increases or decreased should be similar on the cards with the same architecture. Heck a complete overhaul of the GPU reviews would be good. Focus only on the card being reviewed and only include cards that actually compare, plus say one from the tier above to show what the additional £50 or so will get you. In other words don't bother putting a GTX680 in the review of a 650....
