Motherboards help on new motherboard

    hi, i have a basic system running an amd a8 6600k and was wondering on suggestions on what motherboard to upgrade to ( have a vantage case and corsiar psu if that helps)

    What do you have currently? What are you wanting from the upgrade? Overclocking?

    Better connectivity like usb 3.0 graphics capability and things like that

    Graphics are handled by the APU, motherboard wont change graphics performance.

    Could add a graphics card to your set up if that's where you want performance gains.

    I've not looked at AMD boards for a long while, but this was the first one I found on scan with USB3 that should fit your CPU.
    Or you could just buy a USB3 addin card like this, which will solve your problem without spending as much.
    If you just want your computer to be 'better', save up and buy a whole new CPU+mobo+graphics card, you'll thank yourself later.
