My RMA Situation is slightly confusing

Hi,

Over the last week or so I have begun an RMA process on an Antec ISK-100 Mini ITX case. You recieved this on the 03/04/2012. So far it has been tested and the fault of the power button not working has been found.

I am wanting a replacement item, the current status of the RMA is set to 'Completed'.

Although today I have had a reply from one of your collegues from a message I sent. He said that my replacement motherboard has been shipped to me for delivery on monday 16th april.

It was not a motherboard I wanted, instead I requested a replacment Mini ITX case which I sent back to you. Also I have had no email from DPD so i dont know whether it has actually been dispatched yet. The person who replied to me may have made a mistake regarding the product.

Could you clarify this for me? I am wanting to know whether I will be recieving a replacment Antec 100 Mini ITX Case and what date I should be recieveing (Wednesday 18th April if possible).

My RMA number is 265296.
