    Please sign this petition to remove the feminist game hating, man hating Anita Sarkeesian from the DEVELOPMENT of Mirror's Edge 2. I have no idea why EA would employ this liar to help with development of this game. She has no skills in development or anything. If she gets her own way she will ruin gaming for everyone.

    Meh. I doubt Anita will actually influence anything; after all, Mirror's Edge was devoid of any sexism and to claim otherwise is lunacy.

    A quick Google shows that people are up in arms about it but for no discernible reason. My favourite has to be the 'she wants to make it easier as female gamers will find it too hard' argument, which is based on literally nothing.

    So I won't be signing the petition as even if it is true that she has been hired to work on the game, there's very little for her to get involved in.

    It's all a load of crap anyway. It's based on a Desctructoid blog post from over 2 years ago.

    This article looks into it a bit more.

    People should really do some basic research; there's not a bit of actual evidence cited anywhere to back this, including on the petition page.
