I actually haven't been on the site all that much in the last couple weeks, so I'm doing this a little more official. I'm leaving Bit-Tech. But, just for a month or so, or till the craziness calms down. I mentioned that I bought a new home in the latest purchase thread. We've also been very busy selling our current one. Good news is that we didn't even have to list it, the very first family to view it before it went on the market made a full price offer! We close on the new home this Friday and will start to move our boxed item over to the new home. By the tenth we'll make the full move so this home can be vacated. The new house is 700 sq ft larger too (3300 ft, total) but my modding area will be a lot smaller So, that's about it. See ya later
Dang, that's a lot of space for that price. I guess I get to pay more since I insist on being close to the center of whatever city I live in.
I moved last year, and it can be a stressful time for anyone ! In a 12 month period I'd moved house twice.
Congratulations on the new place and all the best with the move TGS! It's something that I dread having to do again (doesn't everyone?) but you've got a lot of house to worth with there!
