A scratchbuild I'm currently planning will require alot of perspex techniques that are new to me, a sample to practice with will be with me soon, 6mm clear. I'll be practicing 90 degree bends with long curves formed on cardboard tube, painting the inside with a masked area to make a window, and curving and polishing the edges. I also need to cut alot of vents but I'll probably leave that to someone with an appropriate machine. Any tips or advice for someone who's only ever used it for flat panels and windows before?
