Watercooling Thinking of watercooling and need a little help

Ok i have been looking a watercooling for some time and just started looking for a kit or custom set up and dont want to spend to much. somthing around £150.

Now look at my sig for my rig, I know its in a antek P193 but i dont have much room left and was looking at this http://www.scan.co.uk/products/ek-kit-h3o-120-ltx-basic-water-cooling-kit but dont think i can fit the pump/res in and i cant find any kits that have 5.25 bay res/pumps in them so looking at a custom set up i was looking at somthing like this http://shop.xs-pc.com/xsp/X2O-200-Single-Bay-Reservoir-Pump_25424.html] but it only puts out 200lmp would that cool my CPU or would i need more.

I would like to only use one 5.25 bay but if the low output of the x20 200 wont keep things cool then i would go for the xspc x20 750 dual bay.

any help would be good here

That pump's fine for one block that isn't hugely restrictive. A load of XSPC kits here the reason EK's kits are out of stock or not listed in places is because they've recently reinvigorated them and they haven't made it out to resellers yet.
