Removal of F.T.W > Cheesecake Filter

    Can we get rid of this now? It's really annoying when your trying to link to certain EVGA graphics cards.

    I agree. For the reason above and that I feel like 'in jokes' are a little off-putting for new members.

    And also, I don't even know if its actually amusing.

    I'd be happy to see it go, I don't know why but it's always annoyed the crap out me (I have a bag full of it :) ).

    Mind you I really hate buzz words so that's probably why.

    I agree the word filter is annoying and it would be a good move to remove it.

    Simpler solution, we can petition EVGA to rename their F.T.W branded cards to either Cheesecake Edition or Relix Edition.

    In all honestly, I forgot that filter still existed as I don't use that phrase.
    It does seem like a bit of an odd thing to use a filter like that when there are known products to use those letters in their name.

    Speaking as a true old-skooler who has been here for longer than 5 minutes (longer, at least, than all you young whipper-snapper mods :p), I'm with Nexxo and Cheapskate: love of all things cheesecake is part of what makes bit-tech great. Take the cheesecake away and what do you have left? Shirty's mankini? :eeek:
