Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has been announced by Activision. http://www.bit-tech.net/news/gaming/2014/05/02/call-of-duty-advanced-warfare-announced/1
Given that the last game SHG worked on in the Call Of Duty line up was Modern Warfare 3, I would think it will be a smooth experience when playing, as long as they use Dedicated servers rather than P2P hosting. The graphics engine looks like it may have finally been changed but only time will tell. I doubt I will be buying this game and it will take a fair bit to change my mind after the state of Ghost's.
Hmm. The cynic in me thinks 'oh, another COD'. The optimist in me thinks 'KEWL! Futuristic tech stuff and a suit like Crysis!' I think I like the look of it.
most probably 720@60fps (its the focus of all COD games as minimum), one can only hope with the maturity of the console will get it to 900p@60fps. i'd be jawdropingly surprised it would push 1080@60fps though
Climbing a wall with handy gloves.. The question is, how many walls per level will the rail shooter allow me to climb? My guess is 2: Press E to climb... keep tapping!!
Huh, that's taking "played by Kevin Spacey" more literally than I imagined. He's pretty fitting for the role, but it's kind of awkward seeing a digital recreation of the actor himself rather than just being the voice. Slipping into the Uncanny Valley methinks. The Ellen Paige clone in The Last of Us gave me the same feeling. I hope it doesn't become popular. Actors play roles, they're intended to be a representation of a fictional person. When you have the freedom to create the character exactly as it's inteded to be why still limit yourself to the appearances of actors? Quite the optimist. My bet's on just once in the singleplayer, never in the multiplayer.
