My bookmarks folder is more like a library marks folder. Anyone know of any user friendly bookmark organizers for FF-3? I have been exporting mine as part of my backup schedule to my external raid array but it's jst the same file growing over time.
    Ideas?

    1) Click on Bookmarks
    2) Select Organize Bookmarks
    3) Make folders and separators
    4) End up with this

Additionally, if you do not want to use the Built-In Bookmark Organizer you should check out NetMarks Manager, it has a trial (I believe 45-days) after the trial it costs $24.00 (USD).

I do understand the desire to organise bookmarks, however...

The "awesome bar" auto complete function is actually pretty solid at searching your bookmarks. Generally these days, I just click the little star at the right and it bungs it in the unsorted bookmarks folder (ie. not the bookmark menu) and generally a couple of appropriate letters retrieves it.

As for organising them, well any automated solution is going to be of limited use, so as mentioned above, make up a system and use "organise bookmarks" to implement it. Then use it for any new bookmarks you make.

Delicious.com may be worth a try - I use it for my bookmarks and find it a lot more useful than Firefox's built-in manager (or any other browser for that matter).

That's why I started organizing from the start of using Firefox

I don't really like folder so I use separators to organize and folder to sub-organize, I'll give and example
