Other Software to download vids from websites. (flash)

Hey, does anyone know any good software to download a video from websites? Even if its some sort of screen recording software.

Its not youtube vids and i tried realplayer but it only allows some.

Needs the audio and its for my brother on IE

 

I found Freemake video Downloader very useful, and it downloads from most websites.

 

I find firefox with this addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/?src=cb-dl-users seems to do the best job

 

FlashGot ff addon and FlashGet download manager will sort you for not only videos, but as a general download manager too.
