Awaiting an RMA
Hi,
I am awaiting an RMA for a HDD i purchased The email subject is as follows Query 1037078 - {497EA063-8283-41A7-AB4D-A310553420C7} I have sent 2 emails since I was sent an acknowledgement that a RMA can be issued if required & I needed to ask for the RMA by 15th May I have sent the required email twice, but with no reply as yet! Please can you chase this through for me & do you require further information? Best regards, Neil
