Every time the fans spin up on my RX 480 I'm hearing electrical noise. They don't spin until the GPU hits 50C so I know it's this. Is this a straight RMA or is there something I can do?

You can't RMA for electrical noise at last check, plenty have tried for coil whine and failed.

Really? It's only just started happening and it's surprisingly loud.

I've successfully RMA'd GPUs for fain noise, but it's always been for grinding/mechanical kind noise.

That's actually more like what it is. I thought it was either the pump in my H60 or a drive dying initially.
