A bit late this year, but here it is. 2015's Thread "In case you are new member to our folding team this thread is for sharing your personal achievement's and milestones with the rest of us, doesn't have to be a huge milestone but something you are proud to have achieved towards the science"
Crept past 100m this morning and up to 26th in the team. The 2 ex-mining 7900's bought last September on e-bay have helped me to increase daily average to about 400k. Now if only I could scrap some pennies together to replace the 760...!
StreetSam, I doth my cap to thee. Some nice numbers there. I definitely can't match it anymore since the drop of BA. I would have to build another computer and add at least 2 970's to match yer PPD. Alas I need to save me pennies as I am hoping to get a new laptop which is coming out in 2 months time (ish). You should have overtaken me by that time.
No you are safe, work is beginning to kick in again after the winter lull so I'll be travelling a lot and the missus won't have them on with me away :-( Also if the weather gets better they will be switched off to keep the temp in here reasonable. I might swap two 660s for a pair of 970s before the summer as a birthday present to myself
Now over 500m points. Looking like my 970's are getting proper work units too. Back up to 1.2m PPD (Well until I mentioned it probably) Strangely one of my 970's is getting almost 100K ppd less than the other on the same work unit.
Thanks Now over 250,000. At some point I'll be upgrading my GPU's but right now I'm ticking along nicely enough for me, just never going to be competitive!
you're doing over 10kPPD - that will get you to a million points pretty quickly, with lots of overtakes on the way. Just checked your EOC stats. At 10kPPD you'll overtake another 750 team members and pass 2 million points in the next 6 months.
Nice milestone ... and with StreetSam in your rear view mirror, he should pass the marker as well in a couple of weeks.
That's cool, I'm glad my comparatively modest setup is contributing with some significance Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
Yes, that's a very select club. Only 47 members worldwide, and only 32 are active. And I suspect a few of the 47 are actually "mini-teams" rather than individual Folders.
