Just got home from the pictures to find Paris plastered all over facebook. Turned on the news to see what was going on, did not expect this. Extremely frightening. Could happen anywhere at any time.
holly sht BreakingAFP: '100 dead in Bataclan' Posted at 00:14 AFP quotes police sources as saying about 100 people have been killed in the Bataclan concert venue. The French channel iTele, quoting un-named officials at the Bataclan, earlier said there were "dozens" of fatalities inside the club. moment by moment here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/world-europe-34815972
Around 150 people killed tonight. What is worth taking someone's life ? Can stand this ****ed world... 3 simultaneous attacks: Grenades at stade de France during France - Germany match Gunfire toward all pubs in a street close to République (40 killed) 15 minutes Gunfire at a concert in Bataclan, they reloaded several times (100 killed)
Apparently the attackers in the concert hall were throwing explosives into the crowed of hostages. Someone from the police has Sai 'it's carnage in there'. Too shocking to even contemplate what mindset you'd have to comit an act like that.
Targeted places: *Bar La Belle équipe *bar Le Carillon *Restaurant Le Petit Cambodge *Pizzeria La Casa Nostra * Theatre The Bataclan * 1 suicide bomber on Boulevard Voltaire * 3 suicide bombers around the Stade of France
An odd thing I noticed on all news channels reporting of these tragic events. They are telling us that the some counties including Canada and NY in the USA are lighting buildings with the colours of the French flag, red, white and blue except the French flag is or course blue white and red. A minor detail perhaps but one that struck me a less than courteous to the French people.
Interesting from the 12th, skip 2minutes in. Gerald celenta on europe http://rense.gsradio.net:8080/rense/http/MP3Download/Nov2015/mX54B7/rense_111215_hr1.mp3
Unsure of what the hell to say really. Very, very sorry for those who lost their lives. I think we need to get behind old Uncle Russia now and get out there and stop this happening.
By making sure we bomb all the opposition to Assad and occasionally throw one at Daesh? No thanks. But Daesh do need to be defeated even though the risk to us in the west if far less than for those in the region.
I think that ISIS just bit of more than it can chew. People tend to make fun of the French as a military power ("cheese eating surrender monkeys" and all that) but this is the country that created the absolutely most badass army in the world --the Foreign Legion-- and whose secret service is as feared as the Mossad. If the US is known to bend the rules to breaking point, France simply doesn't have any. These are the guys who blew up Greenpeace's Rainbow Warrior just for making a bit of a nuisance of itself during French nuclear tests in the Pacific. It is the one country that would not balk at dropping some nasty biochemical **** on the Caliphate and calling it done.
I doubt they would go bio chemical, but it seems likely that military action in syria and iraq will increase.
