Probably like most of us people we check our stats at Stanford or EOC Im sure some of you probably have come across this one but its got loads of Pie charts, Graphs conquests, threats for both the Team and the individual. http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=user&proj=fah&name=Vince_Kinslow35947 Look at my personnal output for may 09 at the very bottom of the page as a result of our Chimping Excercise which I am missing all ready. Forum is suffering from Chimp Challenge withdrawal symptons
Thanks for that, I didn't know about it. Could be useful as I switch back to BOINC on some machines. I'm missing the CPChimps too, nothing to make me get out of bed now
Cheer up chaps. We've got all kinds of things to look forward to, like .... Yep, me too, CC withdrawal
Useful site. I spotted there was a rogue folding client under the name of 'Christopher_N_.Lewis' . Tracked down and eliminated. mwahahaha Why isn't there a smilie for mwahahaha (complete with white cat of course)?
Hello, guys. We're going to get overtaken in less than 4 months. If that doesn't give you an excuse to plan strategy & stuff then I don't know what will. Are we just going to sit down and watch EVGA go flying past us?
2,000,0000 a day they are gaining I dont have any thing left in the hat to pull out I'm afraid saspro
Where the devil are we going to get 2,000,000 PPD from I just spent all my pocket money on a new jaloppy , should last me the rest of my life, but leaves little for folding. BTW Vince I believe I am older than You
Good to see you back in here Why do you say your older than me? We had a thread in the original forum some one posted way back babychunder and myself were some of the more mature folders but I bow to your Seniority Mr Taffy Sir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, wouldn't think of it sas <darn, boss caught me bitching at the coffee machine>. Still trying to recruit although it appears that the contributors I brought on board during the challenge did it as a personal favour rather than being true converts. As to my own plans, I spent the entire year's folding budget on kit for the challenge and really need to keep away from the wallet for quite some time. That said, I doubt I'll be able to resist when the GT300s launch later this year. I'm thinking that we may need to emulate some of the stuff the other big teams do to keep them going post CC, such as folding competitions or sub-team contests (perhaps against one of their sub-teams). To pull some of these things together though needs someone with a bit of time to spare eg a retired individual that fancies the challenge of kicking our sorry asses into shape. Wouldn't be an easy job You're right though, failure is not an option. Sorry if we've hijacked your thread Vince.
No worries at least it keeps some dialogue brewing talking of brews I best go and rescue my pint of cold wife beater while its at its best thirsty work tapping away on the keyboard in this heat
If I win big in tommorrows Euro-lottery I promise to give it a go. Sometime in the next fortnight we might get to celebrate CPC&bt reaching a thousand million points. 975,065,299 points at the moment
2 mil is a hellllll of a lot to pull out our butts, big shame but unless some of us win the lottery or recruit a few hundred noobs then we are stuck I'm pot less now, have spent about 1.5k in the last 6 months on kit so much so ive had to put my forge engine build on hold! We need more bit-tech'ers to jump on, looking through the projects people are building there are some really powerful rigs that could be folding when not gaming Whos going to start a pleading thread? SAS?
It was more of a tongue in cheek reference to the apparent tone of your post than your captaincy. Welcome back to being a regular squaddy.
Sorry Vince, for late reply, I said I was older than you cos you said you were an elder !! if you are older than 73 you can take the honour though had to miss the last few days of the Chimp challenge as i had to go to welsh wales to attend a funeral
