This movie needs a colon as much as it needs a Klingon.

Chris Pine studied Shatner for his Jame T. Kirk role. That make sense ^.^ He is moving the same way

I second all these emotions. I have watched trek since the early seasons of TNG and both myself and the missus thoroughly enjoyed the last one and have watched it a few times. And getting her to watch movies is... Difficult.

There are ways to deal with that:

I saw the first new film straight after 2 weeks away, I was shattered and jet lagged, mrs came too and loved it

She's looking forward to this one, and this is why I'm marrying her!

I hope we see either the Klingons or The Borg

Doubt it's the Borg but would be interesting to see them in theis ST era

We will be seeing Kilngions, remember seeing a clip on a monitor behind JJ in an interview and we were supposed to see them in first film

It would indeed be nice if the insides of starships didn't look like bloody oil refineries this time. Aparently a good chunk of the bigger budget has gone towards making one continuous set so they can film actors walking from one part of the ship to another in one take, thus reinforcing the illusion of actually being there. Can but hope. After the first Motion Picture the sets never looked particularly convincing.

They were just trying the recreate the feeling of the original series where the walls shook when the doors opened ;)
