I don't personally know what's happening with my card currently. On the 196.10 Nvidia drivers for the GTX 460, In game refresh rates I think seem to be jumping and black screening therefor my screen keeps displaying "information out of range"
Other than that everything else seems fine. But I don't know how to resolve this issue.
My screen is a TV/VGA Monitor, 1360x768 Native resolution.
Its wasn't long ago though that I was using a GT430 with the same drivers and I had no issue what so ever.
I don't understand why for a second that This is happening. My understanding of monitors is that information goes out of range when the Hertz output > That of the screen potential. The card is running at 60 Hertz though and is forced 60Htz throughout all games and applications. Having tried games on a different 4:3 PC Monitor though The games had worked. running in 1280x1024 (60htz)

    PLEASE HELP
