    Had some hope for Ashley McKenzie but after his utterly stupid attitude saying he would succeed in !ife and business using good or bad leaves me feeling he got what he deserved.

    He was genuinely shocked when he lost was like ` how did this happen to ME!` I laughed.

    Another couple of medals for Britain so far today: a bronze in the trap shooting for Ed Ling and just now, a bronze for Tom Daley and Dan Goodfellow in the 10m synchro diving.

    Gymnastics now, my arms ache just watching. :)

    Nicola Adams through to the semi finals. :)

    Love hearing her interviews, she's an awesome boxer and always comes across as a really nice person. Being beaten-up by her must be an odd experience (and very painful too).
