US harmonized Code WTF ?

Hi guys.

I emailed crystal fontz and they said they ship using the US code 8531.20.0000. this is the US version of our import taric system.
What i need to know is a website that has all the US harmonized codes and their duty costs so i can check it aint gonna cost us LOADS of money when we import our group order of lcd's.
