Isnt that a dutch numberplate? Or did you go on a trip to the netherlands?
I would crop it a bit on the left side. Somewhere just over the left light, so that you dont see the other boat.

I like it... interesting composition and pretty nice exposure. I'd suggest playing around with framing/cropping it a bit differently to see what results you get.

Unrelated - isn't that one of the American Minis? I thought ours were different than the Euro/UK models.

Looks like every Mini I've seen on the road over the past few years.
You might be confusing the UK model with the old Mini

Cool, thanks for the advice everyone. I've played around with the cropping a bit and uploaded the result (http://potm.webshaped.com/entry/208). A bit less cluttered I guess.

It's pretty hard to tell the new Minis apart. I've had a look on the bmw site but it's a bit vague; none of the promo pics match this one so I guess it's just a local species or something.

Other than the steering wheel and the woman on the SatNav, I'd expect them to be identical.

The most obvious bit is the headlamps, they're not mounted on the bonnet anymore, they're on their own, mounted to the body... (iirc anyway.)
