This is my third rebuild of my S8 . I added a caselabs pedestal and heavily modded the case to accept 2 360 radiators up front, JIM AT Clockwerks worked with me on creating the water plate and top custom dual loop reservoir that supply's the two ek d5 pumps below. I went with all 304 medical grade 12mm stainless steel tubing runs. The loop is devided into a gpu loop that is cooled by the 2 360 front rads (overkill) and the other loop consists of the CPU/RAM/ and mosfet. This loop is cooled by 2 360x60mm rads in the pedestal. I had to trim most of the mid chasi motherboard support to mount mid plate and 360 rad up front on the left side. Build is mostly transferred but the components list is as follows Cpu - Intel i7 4790k mobo - asus formula Vll custom painted black Gpu - Dual evga 980tis Psu- evga supernova g2 1000w Ram- 16gb gskillz ddr3 Ssd - Samsung 120gb/240gb/500gb evo Hdd- 1tb western dig black 2tb western dig green Aquacomputer aquaero 6 xt fan control Cooling CPU - EKWB full nickel block Gpu- EKWB full nickel blocks + backplate Ram- EKWB nickel monarch Pumps- EKWB d5 xtops x2 custom sleeves Radiators- 2 EKWB PE 360s 2 OcCool 360 monstas Reservoir- custom one off by clockwerks Fittings- Bitspower black 12mm Misc- ensourced full sleeved cables, custom acrylic psu and A6 cover by a friend, custom water plate by jim at clockwerks. Here is my progress to this point still have a lot to do.
Few more Got my pedestal all plumbed as well as wired for quick removal. Cut out for a grommet in the 140fan plate on psu side .used soft ek tubing with alphacool quick disconnects that connect the pedestal dual 360 rads to the CPU loop. Also my aquaero 6 is fully wired with the fan extensions USB and molex wired up to the other side thru a grommet so I can completly disconnect the ped and not have to drain Lil leak test on the CPU loop. Just about ready to button this thing up.
