    hi guys, i'm back! :)

next the first edition of my mod, i want to start the second edition of my Iron Revenge.... there's the first iron: http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=216456

now, there i want to create a new case different from the first mod....

There I build a chassis with iron's tubolar and varius aluminium plate, etc. I want to have a modular structure, fast to build/disassemble! ;)

    start to mod!! :dremel:

while i wait to build the frame i start with little work.... cut the first plate of aluminium!

there's the cut what I want to do!

    now, go!! :dremel:

and this is the first result.... i must finish it!

    so, modify it!

    finish the first plate!! :)

for today, that's all! What do you think??

    Big thanks to my sponsor!

now go ahead with the mod! Today I have welded the frame! The frame meausure 40 x 50 x 20 and builded with 2cm x 2cm of iron's tubolars!

    That's the photos!

and now i can mount the power supply bracket!

Now I cut the first plate.... An aluminium plate of 0.8mm!!

    Take the measure

Cut and test it on the frame!

the first plate is completed, next i'm going to glue it on the frame but after the painting! :thumb:

    Oooh!
I am always in awe of the people working with steel - that stuff is hard to cut, hard to shape, and hard to do anything with really. Very nice work so far, and I'm looking forward to see how this evolves. Excellent. :thumb:

    Good morning all! :)

Today i show you some up!

start whit this metal strip that meausure 4mt x 10cm and 0.8mm.... I'm going to use this depth to bend better the other "spine"!

I divide the strip in 4 pieces to have more manageability!

and now i cut in 16 pieces!

    :D

and next i trace the other cuts!

    from this.....

    to this!

    ......

    - Bending -

after cutting i'm going to bend all spines...

    that's the result!

    hold they....

and do some hold at the structure...

and now with rivets i'm going to fix all spines...

    :D

for the moment this is all...
    I wait your comments :)
