Sorry for the confusion, its a Core X2 case im working on So I'm on it again, this time in collaboration with Thermaltake where i will build a monster of a water-cooled machine. The case is a Thermaltake Core X2, equipped with a water cooling from Thermaltake's own series. Big thanks to Marcus Christian Vestergaard from Thermaltake products for this building. Also a big thanks to Sascha from BitFenix for helping with the cables for the build. Again big thanks to KLEVV for a very cool set off Ram for this machine Last one is NZXT for the GRID+ and HUE+ Case: ThermalTake Core X2 ( Sort) PSU: ThermalTake Thoughpower DPS 1050 Watt Motherboard: ASUS Rampage IV X79 Gene CPU: Intel Core Extreme 3960x @ 4.8Ghz Ram: G.Skill 16GB @ 2400Mhz GFX: PNY GTX 780 ( For now, new will come! ) SSD1: OCZ Radeon R7 480GB SSD2: OCZ Radeon R7 240GB SSD3: OCZ Revo drive 350 480GB Watercooling: 3 x ThermalTake Pacific RL360 Radiator 1 x ThermalTake Pacific RL240 Radiator 1 x ThermalTake Pacific W2 CPU Water Block 2 x ThermaTake Pacific PT40-D5 w/Silent Kit Reservoir/Pump Combo 16x ThermalTake Riing White LED 120mm 1 x ThermaTake Riing White LED 140mm 1 x XSPC Waterblock for ASUS Rampage Gene 2 x EKWB Ram Waterblocks All fittings and hoses aswell as water is also from ThermalTake There will constantly be updated. I have today D 07/04/2015 Receives a part of things so I could start looking at how to cope with this one task, the plan is to make a machine that cools well and looks good, the plan is not to completly rebuild build the cabinet, but is planning to make some plates with laser carvings. The case will get a new frontplate but how it should look like is not determined yet. Parts received today. Case: ThermalTake Core X2 ( Sort) PSU: ThermalTake Thoughpower DPS 1050 Watt 3 x ThermalTake Pacific RL360 Radiator 1 x ThermalTake Pacific RL240 Radiator 16x ThermalTake Riing White LED 120mm 1 x ThermaTake Riing White LED 140mm 1 x XSPC Waterblock for ASUS Rampage Gene 2 x EKWB Ram Waterblocks Here are some pictures of it, i did not get that much done today, a little is also somethign despite the 32 degrees we had So I have come a little further while I wait for fitings, pumps and the rest of the parts to be used for the entire loop to be built. i stil miss a 360mm radiator which comes in the same order. Here is all the templates I have started to draw in CAD so they can be cut out for me. So we made the plates of 3mm MDF board so I could see if it all could be there, the plan is so we try to put some leather on it to see how it looks. if it does not have the desired effect will be made in Acrylic Yet a little update Just got the block for my Ram and the motherboard bloks. More updates to come
Is the title a trick question, I clicked this expecting a X9 lol. Im a little jealous of your X2, I found the X9 absolutely huge and originally wanted the X2, unfortunately I already had the full ATX Asus Ranger. I can't tell from the picture if you have added a material over the foam, either way I like that idea and it isn't something I've seen much of, just hope you don't (if you're planning to use it) spill any coloured coolant on it =p
Haha Omg! How can i spell that one wrong sorry ill see if i can get the admins to edit it for me The foam is under the leather material so its coveret up, and it gives a nice look to the peices.
Some new parts Today i got some parts, but i cant really get anymore work done right now, neeeeed parts Got the tubing 4 Riing fans Pacific W2 When i get the pumps & res i can get going with the leather parts
Cables from Bitfenix New update 24-7-2015 today i got cables from Bitfenix! Some really nice looking exstensions in red/black. i big shout out to Sascha & Bitfenix for helping with them!!! Also i got some plates CNC drillet today so i can get more leather in the core X2

Quick update, Pictures will come soon Just godt a sponsorship from Klevv Ram with a nice set of Klevv Cras DDR4 16GB 3000Mhz ram with White LED. NZXT just send over the brand new HUE+ REALLY cool unit!!! looking forward to look at it. Status on the build is that i still need the waterblok for my ASUS 980TI strix OC and some routing off the hose for the GFX, the maschine is running as it is now but still not finnished. i will take some pictures later to show how it is now Hope u guys like it, let me know if you have any ideas for it!! /Donnii
Just got the EK Waterblok for my ASUS 980ti Strix OC and got it mounted in the case with great results, the idle temp went from 61 degrees to around 30-32 degrees and under load from 79-84 to 40-42 so thats just great The machine is almost done now and its running pretty good. Waiting for a new set off Klevv RAM for it!
