I took these photos at the Three Rondawels in Mpumalanga after a veld fire swept through the area. New grass started to grow out of the dead buds and I thought that they will be perfect for The Sweet Hereafter, The Afterlife..

I would go for the third or the fourth personally, however they are all rather good. You guys have some gorgeous scenery down there...

Definitively number 4. That's a really nice shot. The others look a bit too busy, IMO.

And I love how this fits into the theme :thumb:

4 without a question, its a lot more focussed on the subject than some of the others and theres a lot less going off in the background.

I think with some HDR on #3 you might actually be able to make it really good (if you have the RAW file). Other than that I agree on #4 :)

#4 is definitely the best, I like it.

Quite a lot of CA (I think?) on the branches against the sky though, it's bothering me. You could probably reduce that in raw conversion though?

Sorry, my mistake, should look twice before commenting.
I think you've changed a bit to much though with the contrast (or whatever you have done with the picture) because the branches in the sky have this really unnatural blue'ish glow to it
