One question I have is what are favorite channels to sub to for something funny, news, or gaming and especially computer hardware/software related?

My channels are Cinemassacre, TVFilthyFrank, EgoRaptor and penguinz0.

Anymore suggestions you guys have for me?

What unicorn said - plus a few random ones I think are interesting [you may not agree, YMMV]

Every Frame a Painting or the vimeo channel as his YT channel keeps getting hit with the DMCA/ContentID stick

CineFix's Art of the Scene [playlist rather than channel]

    Game Maker's Toolkit

EDIT - not strictly youtube, though they are on youtube [on the 'kermodeandmayo' channel...] - the Kermode Uncut blog

...thinking on it, I don't subscribe to much on YT/Vimeo/etc.

I've watched a few of his videos. He makes some good stuff, but man could he do with a low pass filter on that voice, especially when he gets a bit riled up. :D

PC Per for a more technical view on computer hardware
    https://www.youtube.com/user/pcper

Total Biscuit for gaming, actually its the only gaming channel I watch. Mostly for his editorial content and WTF IS.. series

The lazy in me just wants to do this: https://www.youtube.com/user/modsandends/channels
Those are the channels I subscribe to.

If you're looking for computer stuff, Linus Tech Tips is pretty good. His personality can be a bit annoying to me, but he's a legit computer nerd and his show is pretty informative without getting too smarmy. He also does challenges and "dumb stuff" like a super cheap DIY water cooled computer, or a full-house, modular watercooling setup that's pretty cool (even if impractical and dumb).

One of my favs is Forgotten Weapons..

I wasn't that interested in old guns, but the host Ian, and the camerawork make it really good fun to watch, as well as educating

My recommendations, a tiny few duplicates to above.

    - Entertainment:

Screen Junkies for "honest trailers" of films

RocketJump for VHGS web series and generally cool visual effect short sketches

Geek & Sundry for all things geeky, include the Tabletop boardgame web series

Simon's Cat for cute drawn cat sketches

    - Tech, science and cars:

    SmarterEveryDay for interesting science stuff

Tom Scott for interesting things you might not know << big thumbs up!

Vsauce for more interesting things and science stuff

DigitalRevTV for camera reviews done with Top Gear style humour.

Engineering Explained for well explained car engineering (goes to details, great for fellow engineers, may be too much to watch for fun)

FifthGear for well, fifth gear clips, not sure if it's official, there's not a lot of viewers

    - Gaming:

    Escapist for zero punctuation

Friendly Ai for some funny commentary on latest gaming news

Smosh Games for honest game trailers

Node for RocketJump guys playing games

    Ashens
    Linustechtips
    Angryjoe
    Cinemasins
    Gametheorists

    Colinfurze

I used to be subbed to teksyndicate. They're good for linux stuff and do it yourself tutorials on NAS stuff and Linux. But man, they're so arrogant. They also bum linux stuff like a god made it.

Would liquidate all of my computer stuff to take off to a island with her and piano, nookie is fine but I want her for her piano mastery and wonderfulness ( I donate a few times a year to her bf and tell him I am next in que if he has any hesitation lol!) , she is the absolute complete master, the only person I am more impressed with is Jane but for other reasons, https://www.youtube.com/user/bbdhrggl

the amount of work Jane has done is unbelievable, its hugely humbling, she has helped so many people.

there are all kinds of high brow channels that are absolute musts,

It's in my list of 100 subscriptions. I get less than 10 new videos a day in my feed. Some of the channels I subscribe to don't post very often, but when they do you want to know (project Binky, right?)
