Bits Bit-tech & Custom PC Pub Quiz: The Full Report

Last week we held the amazingly brilliant first bit-tech.net and Custom PC pub quiz. Here's a full run down of what happened on the night!

so who won the best team name award? must be OCBATGTTY?

gutted i didn't come, such a close race.

 

Looks like it was a fun night. Just shame that it was: A) the day after I moved house, and B) all the way down in London!

Surely there'd be enough people near Cardiff to host a similar event here...?

 

Ooooh, forgot to mention that, i'll pop it in.

OCBATGTTY was of course a strong contender, but as they'd already won a bunch of stuff, it tipped that prize in favour of Wheatley's Space Program

 

Ugh. I really am going bald.

I got told a few peoples usernames, but given that i'd been sampling The Phoenix's hospitality since about 5pm I'm afraid to say I'm not able to remember many of them. Anyone want to identify themselves if any of the pictures.

I've run your hairline through my advanced software diagnosis suite Joe, and I can safely say that the "slaphead:hair ratio" is still acceptable at this stage.

 

It was an awesome night..

And I'm rather proud of our ridiculous name.

Is that a spray painted HD4870X2? That or a HD3870X2. Still I would've loved to go there. Well, if I lived in England. Which I don't. But my god that would've been hilarious fun.

Bah! I never get to partake in anything interesting...

I'd love to hear some of the questions asked, tbh. But not necessarily the answers. Just to see if I might have won some sort of stuffed balloon animal.
