I accidentally deleted my photos on my Android phone, Samsung S6, I tried many free data recovery tools to scan my pone but it seems can't identify my Android phone, why? and how can I recover my deleted photos ? Thanks!

That's a good point - all the photos I take with my Android phone sync with my account and can be accessed from photos.google.com
A similar maybe stupid suggestion: if you installed dropbox then forgot about it they could be on there.
Could install the OneDrive app for Android and automatically back up. I find it useful with the OneDrive on Windows 10 and could access the pics/videos/documents/office on my phone or the PC.
