    As the news post:

Our very own Macroman kicks the ball rolling, revealing some modding secrets, in this the first of a bit-tech brand series of 'Modding 101' guides. New and experienced modders alike should find something of interest in these detailed and easy to follow articles. Where better to start than the begining, so back to basics and read on to get the Macroman low down on fitting castors, handles and a side window.

Got any comments, questions, death threats? Let us know here :)

Ahhh! Careful, EXPENSIVE case their friend!!

I likes the move of the window there, adds to the minimalistic nature of the case... sweet :D

I hope you plan to add 2 80mm fans on the motherboard tray - I'm lucky enough to have that tray and was thinking about adding another fan to that rear and a Black Ice Micro 2 rad. I figure there's about 2mm spare - so it'll look professional and that. :dremel:

i like the idea of these articles...wouldnt mind seeing:
    the top window mod
    making blowholes
    case painting
    and wire cleanup
...would be a nice bit to throw in, i know alot of ppl who have made killer cases but the wiring is still poopey, i myself -had- one of those cases...i think ive now mastered the art of cable tidying ;)
let me know if you want a partner for that :hip: :naughty:

I need to replace the plexiglass on my Lian Li case, which is held in place with aluminium plates riveted to the panel.

I like the look of the hex-headed screws that are used in the Coolermaster case featured in this article, and I'd like to replace the rivets with these when I replace the plexi.

Anyone know where I can get them from (or some like them)? I've tried the big DIY stores like B&Q and Homebase without luck, even tried Screwfix direct - no cheer.

    Ideas anyone?:dremel:
