    Ok heres a brain teaser...

My main PC cannot see the wireless network to connect to the internet. Every other device, include my laptop sitting within a meter of said PC, can see and connect fine. I've tried moving the PC slightly, and changing the position of the aerial to no avail.

It can see other nearby networks but not mine....

The network is set to be seeable.

What happens if you create a connection and enter the details of your own network?
    Has it ever connected?
Can you delete the current connections it remembers and see if it picks up then?
    What OS are you using?

restart the router first, then try cmd prompt as admin
    ipconfig /flushdns
    then
    netsh winsock reset
