I am just about to get a graphic tablet..It will help me a lot as i am a graphic design student..
I got a limited budget (around £50)..I am between Wacom Bamboo A6 Wide Tablet or Wacom Bamboo Fun A6 Wide Tablet

    Are there any technical differences?
    (expept the word Fun :duh:)
[I don't really care about the extra software that Fun version offers]

Can you please help me choose?

The Bamboo Fun comes with a 5D mouse, it's pen has an eraser, and it comes with software and replacement nibs. Likely no difference between the two tablets technically - but the eraser on the Pen makes a big difference.

I have an Intuos 3 6x9, and a Cintiq 21 and I use my eraser all the time.

I have a Graphire4 and I've never used my eraser.

Will probably upgrade to the Bamboo and give my daughter the Graphire-she's getting rather good at art, and I want to see her get better...

Ditto Kayin - having one hand on the keyboard (for shortcuts) and the other holding the pen while working makes flippin the pen a faff so just use the eraser shortcut... but each to their own :)
