    First of never would be my guess: they'll be hoping those few who still have the physical release won't mind paying £5.24 to upgrade.

    worse (gaming related) one for me was trying to figure out what the hell "DOTA" stood for. I couldn't find it anywhere on the DOTA2 Steam store page and took way longer than it should have done to get an answer through Google either!
