Ok so after many builds, ive finally decide to watercool my new system.

My new rig specs are as follows

    Intel 5820
    Asus X99-S
    16GB DDR4

I game at 1440p so im undecided wether to pick up a cheap 2nd hand 290x or a 970gtx
Im guessing they need to be reference cards

All this will be housed in a corsair 750D case.

As you can imagine im after a cool and quiet system
Any and all help appreciated. A shopping list of parts would be nice.
About the only thing im decide on is the colour of the coolant which i want to be white.

Currently a cheap R9 290X in the marketplace so buy buy buy! At least the watercooling will then make perfect sense to keep a lid on the noise. Speaking of which have you planned what bits you'll be buying in terms of reservoir, pump, radiator(s), connectors and fans? Whatever you budget add another £100 on top as water cooling is not a cheap pursuit!

Decided to just stick with my 7970 till amd show their new card. With no feedback regarding going full water, ive gone for an AIO cpu cooler for time being.

You would have probably had more results in the Watercooling sub-forum. Still, building a loop with just your CPU in is easy to start with - remind me what rad mounts the 750D has, though?

Too big a topic to cover in a simple post!

There's an in depth thread somewhere around here covering watercooling. Someone remind me where it is!
