Scratch Build – In Progress " Dragon Desk" ( build in progress )

Here we are guys , with my new project Desk .... You have the right of fixed desk.
For almost six months I put in various dance projects , drawing the design with Solidworks , Corel , and DraftSight.
In the end neither left a desk all aluminum , with 3 mm thick , laser-cut , and with various robotic bending ..... all this made ​​at my expense .. in a laser cutting company in my area , I'm going to withdraw tomorrow afternoon.
Then they made a couple of changes will have various levels: holes and welding . I prefer to do a little hand , so I have to be fun for the next few months .... as a true modder should also get their hands dirty.

Here we go guys, I present my new purchase made this afternoon ...

 

Here we are guys... Today we start with the first cuts, after taking all measures perfect:
I start from the plate that will accommodate the motherboard. :

I start making some points on the parts to be drilled:


So with a cup 19mm, I start to make holes:







And here it is completely perforated:

 

Seems like this is a higher standard from most of the desk builds.
I can see this becoming quite nice.

Another step
Today we begin to fix the part of 2 Lamptron CW611.
So as my usual , I masquerade whole part , and I do my tracks.









Now I enter 2 Lamptron into the slots cut by laser:*
