Any one got a pair of these? Are there better 2.1 @ that price? I have a sound blaster X-Fi surround 5.1 Pro usb sound card...
I bought a pair a month or so ago and as computer speakers I cant speak highly enough of them - the quality is indeed exceptional. They wont fill a room as well as proper speakers but for the computer they are perfect.
I got some last week and these things go incredibly loud! After setting them up, I found the sound to be a little muddy but was told this may have been because they need to be "worn in" a bit. I simply changed the sound profile on my Xonar DG and they are now better. The only set I can compare them to are an old set of £30 Creatives and these are better but a lot of this comes down to individual interpretation. For the price, I would definitely recommend them.
