Printer

I have an Epson SX420W my problem is for some reason my PC has stopped talking to my printer through wifi, it worked before I reinstalled Win7.
The printer is connected to the router, I've done a network status check and everything is working as it should be.
My laptop can connect to my PC, the router can see my laptop and printer. But my PC can't talk to printer even though everything is connected to the network.

Anyone any pointers?

Have you got a wifi switch on the back. Make sure it hasn't been turned off by accident. I've seen it done before.

I have no switch, I've also made a mistake it's a 425 not 420, but the wifi is working as I can connect to the router.

yeah, check the port settings against the ip address of the printer( you should be able to print the settings on that printer if it doesn't have a proper screen)

Uninstall all the software from the PC. Then reinstall with a cable and let the software reset the printer back up.

I had a Kodak the other day with a similar thing.

Your not on Virgin by any chance are you with a "Super hub" < = poo hub

This may be a stupid post but have you reinstalled the driver for it? I assume you would be able to re add it by going to the Printers section of the control panel, click add printer and just finding it on your network.

If you've already done that, my apologies

I don't have any trouble with super hub.
