I have decided to put myself down for an ncase m1 and slowly build a system between now and next march when I will next be in the UK to collect it.

For those who have had one shipped to the UK how did you do it and what did it cost in terms of shipping and tax. Just so I can get an idea of an all in price.

    Thanks.

Shipping is direct from Lian Li. Case + shipping was £150, customs was £30. Price will probably be higher today due to GBP dropping precipitously against USD.

Is anyone using the Silverstone SFX-L 700W PSU.

I much prefer the idea of the larger fan in the SFX-L over the SFX models. Having read around I understand it is a tight fit though. As I am planning to resleeve the cables I though I could switch the connecter to a 90 degree one.

So my question is would this help alleviate the tight fitment in anyway?

I have the 500w SFX-L... fitment is indeed super tight, but doable. Take the GPU on and off is a lot of fiddling. I found the best way is to fit te GPU first and then lower down the PSU onto it.

That said, the pressure can cause the GPU to sag, so I put a 120 fan under it just to keep it straight.

By the way, got my N1 on ebay, £100, immaculate. Pretty lucky.

While a bit of a faff, you can lower the GPU one slot using a short flex riser in order to mount it along with an SFX-L PSU without any clearance issues.

I was going to get the Silverstone 'L' PSU for my upcoming M1 build, but decided it would be too much of a hassle. I'm getting the Corsair SF600, but I might go custom cables for it....make everything easier.
