Graphics GPU Utilisation Issue

    Hi all. Last night the top 980ti in my SLI set up failed and today I have stripped it out and gone back to a single card.

    Trouble is MSI Afterburner and EVGA Precison X all show its utilisation as 30-45% and my frame rate has tanked (playing Witcher 3 at the moment)

    I am playing at 1440p and my frame rate has gone from 80fps in SLI to 35fps on a single card.

    Is it right for my GPU utisation to be at 30-45%? I expected it to be at 99%?

    What CPU you have ? Witcher 3 actually has good SLI utilisation.

    It sounds like it is very CPU limited, but it is weird that it only just started. It sounds like you've got other issues that are not related to your GPUs.
