    Wow a court decides that something that can be used for legal purposes is legal even if it can also be used for 'illegal' purposes.

    Common sense prevails... this time.

    Wasn't this classed as illegal in the UK? I remember a massive decline in the availability of R4 cards a while back due to something or other.

    I never understood that if I buy a console which I've now paid for and I own if I decide to smash it against a wall I could potentially be taken to court since this does not fall within what Nintendo or anyone deems acceptable use of my console?
