    One for you clever peeps.

As some of you know, I have some meaty CPUs folding but as most of you know; they suck at folding. Everything I've got runs the A4 core, is there anything better and how do I get it??

I NEED TO UP MY PPD!!!

I don't think there is much you can do at the moment.

Setting the CPUs to 24 is the max with the current 7.4.4 client and AS setup. Also, set the CPU flags; client-type = bigadv (though the programme has stopped, the flag is still valid), and max-packet-size = big.

Only other thing to do is wait for them to fix the new beta client (v7.4.15), as this should fix the number of CPU's issue, but its got a few problems (particularly GPU related) at the moment ...

Cool, thanks Doc, I've modified a few machines now and will monitor progress.

Do these still run A4 core units? Or should they be different?

I think the A5 WUs dried up, but if they haven't, this is the best chance of getting them. Otherwise its A4 WU's I'm afraid.
