Yes and no. It've very nice and would look amazing, but it makes the wires sit wider than the width of the plugs, my OCD would not like this. The one in your first picture is perfect.
I like the style of the one in the first piccie as well. I could use quite a few of them. I did make my own from zip ties for the cables coming out of the fan controllers but it's fiddly to make them and they don't look too good close up.
