I volunteered to help him, but also to change a bit the look of the computer case. My father is very fond of cars Mazda and I decided to stay on the car theme. The case is very suitable for work in this direction.
The process as always with the disassembly and planning. I apologize for the quality of the photos. I photographed on a smartphone. And I'm not an experienced photographer. There was a problem with the installation of a long graphics card. I put the basket drives and cut off a piece of cover to install card readers, or FDD.
Later, I began to complete disassembly of the body to be painted in black. I stained black paint Montana. Given the fact that this is not the body of the computer enthusiast, and will only be opened for cleaning is the best choice.
Then I began to prepare the side covers and the front panel to the alteration. It was more difficult to find auto logo required size. I approached logo on the steering wheel. They became prominent features of the project.
His project, I decided to paint the liquid rubber. And then the first error occurred: before painting color rubber product, it was necessary to cover the 2 white rubber layer. One can see the old pattern. Exude even after 4 layers. It was necessary to remove the rubber. Rubber is very easy to clean.
Installing fans, LEDs, switches. Checking illumination. After assembling the system lay out a finished look.
