Guys I got a message from Paypal that my account was limited cause I probably received more than 2500 euro. I don't think I have received that much money last year, someone just paid in on my account £200 and this message came up all the sudden... I phoned them up and they want me to send them my ID and proof of address. Did anyone had this in the past? Is it ok to send it to them?
I had to provide them a scan of drivers licence as they suspected someone had attempted to hack my account, less than 24 hours later it was released. Probably just trying to be cautious for money laundering or if someone's using your account to obtain illegal money etc
I had this over 10 years ago, you have to send id and some documents, to them. Back then they had a office in the uk, took my id few hours of waiting and i got my funds released. I think now you gota upload scans of your id's to them and apprently its a right faff according to my sis who had hers blocked ( then again screaming and ranting to paypal customer services on the ohone wouldnt have helped) Sent from my SM-P905 using Tapatalk
I phoned them up and they said first I need to add bank account. So now I'm waiting for those little transfers to confirm my account
