    Hey guys,
I'm just a bit curious of what are some good CAD programs that are good for the design of a future project.
    Thanks

its a standalone product, and here you go

    http://www.sketchup.com/training_windows30.php

these videos pretty much started my sketchup addiction... if i can think/see it i can model it (its just a matter of time  )

*Edit* whew, i just finished the soyo mobo i was workin on

    45257 edges
    17367 faces
    79 groups

and i still havent applied any basic textures to it.... ive gone insane.... :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:

the soyo is kinda hard on the comp

BUT wen you look at the asus its like... bare... :blah: ( compared to the soyo ) it only took me like an hour to do

the best part about making these models is that once its made i have it and its all interchangeable ( certain parts of course ) so it speeds up the model assembly BIGTIME

*edit* im upgrading the services im using soon, so no more slow website !!! *cough* hopefully

    Great work guys;

I just started usen sketchup. I am trying to plan out a case to build. I had no intentions of going into the detail that you all of have done. But now I feel I must.

    Great work guys

the point of sketchup is to sketch - just concepts...

Superb Idea, many of these components are very good. I have a PC-70 and PC-60, plus some others that may be useful.

[edit] Also have some unfinished collections of certain components that can be used to make up motherboards etc.

They'd be cool (do you have space to host them?)
Not sure about the other pieces, but put them up if you want. (if people don't use them, then they wont use much bandwith anyway)

I've done a few modifcations on these items - namely death star's case got a side and two 120mm top blowholes, and a window up there, and pheton, if i may have permission, may i post a modified version of the power supply and 80 (modded to 120) mm fans in UV green? The PSU is totally black with a UV green acrylic cover. I will submit once you guys give me permission to distribute these modified copies of your work.
