The environmental statement for HS2 (High Speed rail 2), which comes in at is 50,000 pages and weighs half a ton. Just the bedtime reading for all you insomniacs.

Seemingly it is has to be delivered to Parliament in hard copy and cannot be delivered in an electronic format without a Commons vote.

What century are we in?

well where can i get a copy to solvemy sleeping problems .. if it doesn't work i can always drop it in my head i think that would put me to sleep in no time lol

 

I wonder if it's because they have to compile all the complaints registered about it.

Just been down home for the weekend and we went for a pub lunch in Missenden roundabouts where the planned route is. There are tons of bloody signs everywhere.
